Job description

Utility is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of assigned areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role involves routine cleaning, waste management, basic facility upkeep, and supporting other departments when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces in offices, hallways, comfort rooms, work areas, and other assigned spaces.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors; replenish supplies such as tissue, soap, and hand sanitizer.
  • Collect, segregate, and dispose of garbage and recyclables properly following company waste management procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as pantries, meeting rooms, entryways, and reception areas.
  • Ensure all cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies are properly used, stored, and maintained.
  • Support basic facility maintenance tasks such as reporting leaks, broken fixtures, electrical issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • ssist in moving furniture, equipment, or supplies during office setups, events, or reorganization
  • Replenish cleaning materials and request additional supplies when needed.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of PPE.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
