Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active USRN license in North Carolina (NC) or South Carolina (SC).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and patient-centered communication abilities.
• Experience in healthcare BPO, clinical, utilization management, case management, or healthcare insurance is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities
