Manages and leads a team of of managers that is responsible for ensuring acquisition metrics are delivered by growing and/ or developing key acquisition channels :
Digital Acquisition: Leads planning, execution, and measurement of consumer acquisition initiatives on digital channels, including but not limited to digital media and performance marketing (user acquisition and remarketing), Partner co-executions, and affiliate marketing. Critical tasks include incubating new channels and scaling those that have been proven to work, while managing cost efficiency.
On-ground Acquisition: Leads planning and OTIF execution of offline acquisition initiatives, including but not limited to community activations and strategic partnership. Critical tasks include incubation of new execution types with clear objectives, and scaling of existing models with Trade Marketing execution teams.
Channel Development: Leads insight based ideation, design, testing, and scale of strategic acquisition channels, through end to end program management from ideation, testing, and scale.
Customer Onboarding: Leads product development and lifecycle strategy for newly-registered users, including but not limited to registration and verification journey improvements, onboarding experiences, and full comms strategy across start-of-life journey. Collaborates with product, GTM, CRM, and other teams to deliver seamless onboarding, leading to improved Verification and activation
Educational Background: College Degree
Years of Work Experience: 7+ years
Work Background / Experience: Brand/Marketing/Consulting with experience leading a team with different focuses
Level of Knowledge: High Business Acumen, Sharp Data-drivenness and Creativity, Functional Expertise in Digital/Perf Mktg and Offline
Skills and Functional Competencies: Proficiency in Word/Excel/Ppt or similar, Business Math Proficiency, PnL Management, Analytics & Insighting Experience
