TOA Global Pty is seeking a US Senior Bookkeeper to support North American clients from our Philippines facility. This onsite night-shift role requires US accounting knowledge, high accuracy, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a US accounting firm or SME environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel with familiarity with US reporting standards.

• Own client portfolios ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports for decision-making.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and assist with tax return preparation.

Your Impact

• Master of Financial Accuracy: Take full ownership of client portfolios, ensuring all bookkeeping is current and meets the highest standards of accuracy. Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable with a "zero-error" mindset.
• Architect of Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly Financial Statements and reports. Provide the necessary clarity for high-level decision-making, ensuring that the financial health of each business is transparent and audit-ready.
• Month-End & Year-End Specialization: Lead the support for complex month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain pristine reconciliations and assist with tax return preparation to ensure a seamless transition between fiscal periods for global clients.
• Operational Efficiency Leadership: Move beyond basic compliance by suggesting innovative ways to improve efficiency and optimize spending. Leverage your advanced knowledge of financial accounting statements to act as a proactive problem-solver within the firm.

What You Bring

• The Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of dedicated bookkeeping experience specifically within a US accounting firm or SME environment. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, along with expert-level knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. You bring a deep familiarity with financial accounting statements and US-specific reporting standards.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional English business writing skills and a sharp eye for detail. You are a process-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage the complexities of a US-aligned night shift while maintaining high levels of productivity.
