Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license required.
• Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license required.
• 1–2+ years of clinical, hospital, UM/UR, case management, or healthcare experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess clinical/medical information.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and members.
• Perform utilization review, case management, or clinical support activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare guidelines and standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform other healthcare-related duties as assigned.
