Qualifications

  • 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
  • US payroll experience is required.
  • Hands-on UKG Payroll experience is required.
  • Experience supporting a US-based client or organization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with UKG timekeeping and payroll data validation preferred.
  • Knowledge of US payroll processes, deductions, taxes, and timekeeping preferred.
  • Experience with US-based Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations stakeholders preferred.
  • Experience with payroll reconciliation, adjustments, and reporting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under strict payroll deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee and compensation information.

  • Ensure payroll transactions are supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Review and validate timekeeping information prior to payroll processing.
  • Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent payroll data.
  • Coordinate corrections with HR, Operations, and employees.
  • Perform payroll data audits.
  • Perform payroll reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
  • Research payroll variances and coordinate resolution.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Support payroll audits and internal controls.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and compensation information.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Investigate payroll-related concerns.
  • Provide timely updates and resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Perform payroll activities within UKG.
  • Support payroll system testing and enhancements.
  • Identify recurring payroll issues and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with HRIS on system or integration issues.
