Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an AR follow-up specialist with experience in US healthcare provider services. You will follow up on unpaid and denied claims, interpret EOBs, and work with CMS-1500/UB-04 forms. Onsite role in Ortigas with a dynamic team.

You will make outbound calls to US payers, resolve denials, and ensure accurate billing. The team offers daily lunch and HMO on day 1 plus dependents.

Qualifications

• 1 year of US Healthcare Provider Services experience (hospital or physician billing).
• Hands-on AR Follow-Up / AR Collections experience.
• Knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, and EOB interpretation.
• Experience making outbound calls to US insurance payers.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on unpaid, outstanding, and denied medical claims.
• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim status and resolution.
• Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
• Resolve claim denials, underpayments, and billing discrepancies.
• Work with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms.
