NNIT Digital & Life Sciences Philippines Inc. is seeking an AI Full-Stack / AI Product Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered enterprise applications. You will work within NNIT's AI Center of Excellence, building modern web apps with React, TS, Python and secure backends.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, architects, consultants, product owners, and stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and beyond to shape product direction, UX, and governance for measurable business value.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Full-Stack Software Engineering experience.

About the Role

As an AI Full-Stack / AI Product Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deliver AI-powered enterprise applications that improve how people work. Working within NNIT's AI Center of Excellence, you'll build modern web applications that combine intuitive user experiences, scalable backend services, and enterprise AI capabilities.

You'll work closely with AI engineers, architects, consultants, product owners, and business stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and other regions to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions. Beyond software development, you'll help shape product direction, user experience, and governance to ensure applications deliver measurable business value.

Success in this role requires strong full-stack engineering skills, product thinking, UX awareness, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive enterprise applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build AI-Powered Enterprise Applications

Design and develop modern applications that integrate AI into everyday business workflows.

• Develop modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Python.

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and enterprise AI services.

• Build secure backend APIs and enterprise integrations.

• Develop internal business tools from concept through production.

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.

2. Deliver Great Product Experiences

Build applications that are not only technically sound but intuitive, useful, and aligned with business needs.

• Design user-centric experiences that simplify AI interactions.

• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements.

• Balance usability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Support product governance and release management.

• Contribute to product ownership, roadmap planning, and continuous enhancement.

3. Engineer for Scale

Develop enterprise-grade applications that are reliable, secure, and built for long-term growth.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

• Apply modern software engineering and DevOps practices.

• Build reusable UI components and backend services.

• Improve quality through automated testing and CI/CD.

• Establish engineering standards and best practices.

4. Partner with Stakeholders

Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the application lifecycle.

• Translate business requirements into intuitive digital solutions.

• Work closely with AI engineers, architects, consultants, and product owners.

• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions.

• Recommend practical AI capabilities that improve business outcomes.

• Share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the AI Center of Excellence.
