A local manpower services provider in Metro Manila is seeking skilled individuals to perform upholstery work, including measuring, cutting, and sewing fabric or leather for furniture. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and sew fabric or leather for furniture and interior items.
• Install upholstery materials such as fabric, foam, leather, padding, webbing, and springs.
• Restore and reupholster old or damaged furniture.
• Repair frames, springs, cushions, and padding as needed.
• Remove old coverings, tacks, staples, and other materials.
• Fabricate and fit custom upholstery based on client requirements or patterns.
• Operate industrial sewing machines, staple guns, steamers, and cutting tools.
• Ensure materials are securely and neatly attached to furniture frames.
• Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Perform accurate measurements and material estimates to reduce waste.
• Discuss upholstery designs, fabric choices, and restoration details with clients.
• Provide cost estimates and timelines for upholstery projects.
• Document completed work and report material usage.
