Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a Turnover Assistant to support the turnover process for buyers in Gapan, Nueva Ecija. You will verify buyer eligibility and coordinate with Technical Operations to accept units for turnover.

You will also assist buyers through move-in, inspection, rectification, and any required renovations, ensuring quality and clear communication throughout the handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• 1-4 years experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Prefer turnover/Handover Assistant experience from real estate.
• Experience in Punchlisting and Quality Control.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.

Responsibilities

• Ensure eligibility of buyers prior to turnover.
• Inspect and accept units from Technical Operations Group for turnover to clients.
• Assist buyers in turnover, move-in, inspection, rectification, and renovation in coordination with Technical Operations Group.
