Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join the Primary Care team in the Philippines. You will operate ultrasound machines, ensure image quality, and collaborate with physicians to support timely patient care.

Ideal candidates are graduates with PRC license (RRT/RXT), possess anatomy and medical terminology knowledge, and are able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic while delivering calm, compassionate patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate BS Radiologic Technology with PRC license (RRT or RXT).
• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology and medical terminology.
• Basic ultrasound machine troubleshooting knowledge.
• Proficient in operating ultrasound equipment or willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, position, and educate patients for ultrasound procedures.
• Perform a variety of ultrasound scans (abdomen, thyroid, breast, KUB, HBT).
• Ensure accuracy of patient history, image quality, and scan documentation.
• Operate ultrasound machines and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and OB Sonologists for confirmation of results.
• Assist in special ultrasound procedures and manage scheduling/inquiries.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, and customer service.
• Use PACS, Emedcore, and Lifesys to record and manage results.
