Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join the Primary Care team in the Philippines. You will operate ultrasound machines, ensure image quality, and support physicians with timely diagnostics while comforting patients.

Candidates with BS Radiologic Technology and PRC license are preferred. Training is offered with a 1-year employment bond, and multiple clinics nationwide are listed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology with PRC license (RRT or RXT) preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Basic understanding of ultrasound machine troubleshooting.
• Skilled in operating ultrasound equipment or willing to be trained.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, position, and educate patients for ultrasound procedures.
• Perform a variety of ultrasound scans (abdomen, thyroid, breast, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy of patient history, image quality, and scan documentation.
• Operate ultrasound machines and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and OB Sonologists for results.
• Assist in special ultrasound procedures and handle patient inquiries.
• Uphold safety, patient confidentiality, and customer service.
• Use PACS, Emedcore, Lifesys to record and manage results.
