Zusammenfassung

Med-Metrix is seeking an Automation Engineer to partner with business and development teams to identify, design, and deliver automated solutions across the organization using UiPath RPA.

You will lead automation projects, create scalable bot solutions, and ensure deliverables meet the defined standards and SLAs while collaborating with IT, stakeholders, and end users to expand use cases and maintain security and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with UiPath RPA automation.
• Experience working with customer support / client issue resolution management.
• Strong understanding of working with data in SQL.
• Solid understanding of workflow design principles.
• Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex and high-priority projects simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Lead automation projects and develop automation solutions using UiPath, ensuring adherence to architecture and standards.
• Automate business requirements using RPA by creating tasks, schedules and managing bots.
• Design automation solutions and maintain deliverables to meet SLAs and quality targets.
• Collaborate with business managers and process owners to analyze and design automations from requirements.
• Understand business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize automated solutions.
• Work with IT to refine proprietary tools to launch bots as needed.
• Define new use cases for RPA with end-users and maintain security controls within automation environments.
• Communicate project status and high-priority changes to stakeholders and management.
