AICines is seeking an entry-level UI/UX Designer to shape the look and feel of our platform. You will design flows and screens for web and mobile, contribute to the design system, and focus on experiences for creators and film-makers rather than dashboards.
You’ll collaborate with founders and engineers, turning user feedback into sharper interfaces while learning in a fast-moving, remote environment. This is open to students, recent graduates, and junior designers who show great portfolio work.
As a UI/UX Designer at AICines, you'll shape how the AICines platform feels — creator tools, publishing flows, the viewing experience, and the products our partner companies build.
Day to day, you'll:Design user flows and screens across AICines web and mobile
Help build and extend the design system underneath both
Design for people making films, not enterprise dashboards
Work directly with founders and engineers to ship what you design
Turn user feedback into better, sharper interfaces
You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — design systems work, user research, or motion design — based on where your interest develops.
Salary & benefitsCompensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands‑on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.
Career progressionAICines is scaling, and progression is based on impact rather than tenure. Strong performers move into specialised design tracks or broader product design roles as the team grows. Interns who perform well are considered for full-time positions.
