Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect documents, letters, invoices, checks, and other company materials.
• Safely transport documents and items to clients, suppliers, government offices, banks, and other locations.
• Assist in processing and submitting company documents and requirements.
• Pick up office supplies, materials, and other requested items.
• Maintain proper records and proof of delivery/receipt of documents.
• Ensure confidential documents and company materials are handled properly.
• Assist with filing and other basic office tasks when needed.
• Support administrative and operations teams with errands and logistical requirements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned motorcycle, if applicable.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures at all times.
