Job summary

RALCA Dev't. Corp. is seeking a dedicated Family All-Around Helper for a private household in Makati City. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsible, respectful, and able to handle diverse tasks independently.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, organizing, laundry, meal prep support, and running errands. Prior kasambahay or housekeeping experience is a plus, but willing applicants without experience may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a household helper, maid, or kasambahay is an advantage.
• Applicants without previous experience may also be considered.
• Hardworking, honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Physically capable of performing regular household chores.
• Organized and attentive to details.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and take on different household responsibilities.
• Good attitude and respectful toward the family.
• Housekeeping experience: 1 year or more preferred.
• Cooking/meal preparation experience: 1 year or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire household.
• Perform daily household cleaning and organizing.
• Wash, dry, fold, and properly organize clothes and linens.
• Assist with basic meal preparation and kitchen duties.
• Help with household errands and other tasks as needed.
