We’re seeking aTrust & Security Compliance Coordinatorto help us deliver clear, reliable, and professional responses to customer security inquiries. You will be an essential part of how we build confidence with prospective and existing clients by managing our compliance documentation, coordinating with technical leaders, and ensuring our security messaging is consistent and accurate.
This role blends communication, organization, and security knowledge. You don’t need to be a deep technical expert, but you must be highly detail-oriented and comfortable explaining security topics in a simple, polished, customer-friendly manner.
You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our compliance posture is well-documented, easy to understand, and aligned with industry requirements. Your work will directly support faster sales cycles, improved customer trust, and a more mature security program.
Manage incoming client security reviews, questionnaires, and due diligence requests.
Validate and consolidate information from Engineering, Product, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Maintain a centralized security repository containing certifications, policies, evidence, and audit documentation.
Support security sections of RFIs, RFPs, and vendor onboarding packages.
Translate complex security controls into clear responses for non-technical audiences.
Build and maintain templates, fact sheets, and standardized responses to streamline workflows.
Ensure that all external and internal documents remain current with the latest security practices.
Gather recurring or emerging client security concerns and work with leadership to strengthen our positioning.
Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or relevant experience.
Exposure to security compliance, risk management, vendor assessments, or governance roles.
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR principles.
Strong writing proficiency with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Outstanding attention to detail and experience managing documentation-heavy workflows.
Ability to work collaboratively with both technical experts and customer-facing teams.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or early-stage technology companies is advantageous.
