Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Trust and Safety Specialist with SQL and data operations expertise to join our team in the Philippines. You will write and analyze SQL queries to monitor user behavior, detect fraud, and enforce platform policies at scale.

Collaborate with product and engineering to refine detection rules, translate findings into actionable insights, and document investigations and policy decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL querying databases, filtering data, and generating reports.
• High School Graduate or SHS OR College Graduate in IT-related course (CS/IT/MIS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; high attention to detail and a keen eye for security/policy violations.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze user behavior, detect fraudulent activities, and flag policy violations.
• Monitor, review, and investigate reported accounts, transactions, or content to ensure community safety.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine automated detection rules and fraud filters.
• Translate raw data findings into actionable insights to improve Trust & Safety workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and policy decisions.
