• Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in hot, dirty, or demanding environments.
• Willing to render overtime and respond to emergency repairs if needed.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Honest, dependable, and safety-conscious.
