Job summary

J.R.S. Holdings Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a hardworking loader/helper to assist the truck driver during deliveries, load and unload goods, and help secure items inside the truck.

This role requires physical fitness and teamwork, with willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays in San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur. You will follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness of the truck, and assist with basic paperwork as needed.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With or without experience.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Willing to perform manual and physical tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel or accompany the truck driver when required.
• Willing to be assigned in San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Responsibilities

• Assist the truck driver during deliveries and trips.
• Load and unload products, goods, and materials.
• Assist in securing items properly inside the truck.
• Check and handle goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist in delivering and receiving items from customers or designated locations.
• Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the truck.
• Assist with delivery documents and basic paperwork when needed.
• Follow company safety and delivery procedures.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the driver or supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
