Global Payments is seeking a Treasury Support Analyst to maintain banking operations and support the Global Treasury Team. You will assist with bank administration, system access, documentation, and data processing to keep financial operations accurate and efficient.

The role offers training, exposure to Kyriba, cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams, and opportunities to grow within a global payments leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support, operations, or shared-services role and ability to follow defined processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with data reporting ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; quick learner of new systems.

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Treasury Support Analyst to join our ever-evolving Global Treasury Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll help maintain secure, accurate, and efficient banking operations by supporting bank administration, system access, documentation, and data processing across regions. Working with Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams, you’ll help resolve issues, strengthen controls, and improve processes that enable reliable financial operations. With full training provided, this is an opportunity to develop valuable expertise in treasury systems, including Kyriba, take on increasingly complex responsibilities, and contribute to Global Payments’ mission by supporting the financial infrastructure behind seamless global commerce.

What you'll own

• Strengthen banking operations by maintaining accurate account, mandate, signatory, and supporting documentation that enables timely processing and effective financial controls.
• Protect system and data integrity by monitoring interfaces, activities, and data feeds, identifying issues early and supporting accurate and reliable treasury operations.
• Enable secure system access by helping maintain appropriate user permissions and dependable records that support governance, accountability, and business continuity.
• Improve issue resolution and service delivery by analysing problems, providing timely updates, and collaborating with Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams to minimize disruption.
• Advance operational efficiency by documenting processes and identifying improvement opportunities that increase accuracy, consistency, and scalability across Global Treasury.

What you'll bring

• At least one year of experience in a support, operations, or shared-services role, with a demonstrated ability to follow established processes and deliver accurate outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse data and produce reliable reports.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide timely updates and elevate issues appropriately.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute effectively within a global team.

It's a bonus if you have

• Basic knowledge of treasury processes, including cash management, payments, or banking operations.
• Experience with Kyriba, another treasury management system, or a related financial platform.
• A strong interest in developing treasury expertise and progressing into systems support or higher-complexity operational responsibilities.
