Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated in the job description.
• At least 1–2 years of treasury, accounting, finance, clerical, or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cash management, payment posting, bank reconciliation, and treasury operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, accountability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately post customer payments while maintaining treasury and collection records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, cash management, and monitoring of collection balances and financial transactions.
• Prepare posting batches, treasury reports, and supporting documents for audit, compliance, and internal reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
• Maintain organized treasury files and ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation standards.
