Job summary

WTW Philippines is seeking a Treasury Administrator to join a dynamic global finance team. You will manage intercompany loan portfolios, oversee daily non-cash transactions and the monthly closing processes.

The role supports Front Office, drives treasury system enhancements (IT2) and participates in the Credit Committee. Strong analytical skills, English proficiency and ability to multitask are essential, with CET hours aligned to the business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Corporate Treasury.
• Knowledge of intercompany loan portfolio management and movements.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• IT2 system knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work Central European Time company hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany loan portfolios.
• Oversee daily non-cash intercompany loan transactions.
• Handle monthly intercompany loan closing process.
• Support Front Office Dealers on daily activities.
• Support treasury system enhancement projects (IT2).
• Contribute to the Credit Committee.
• Assist in cash pooling structures and related banking activities.
• Prepare the GTC Cash Pool Forecast.
