Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in treasury management or treasury operations.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, cash forecasting, banking operations, and funding.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and manage overall liquidity.
• Ensure timely processing of payroll, vendor, tax, debt, and capital expenditure payments.
• Maintain appropriate cash balances, liquidity targets, and funding buffers.
• Manage intercompany funding, cash pooling, and short-term cash placements.
• Optimize idle cash and minimize financing and interest costs.
• Monitor cash exposures, funding gaps, and financial covenants.
• Support the optimization of banking structures and accounts.
• Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Align cash forecasts with budgets, operational requirements, and CapEx plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and improve forecasting assumptions and processes.
• Develop and manage funding plans, credit facilities, and refinancing requirements.
• Provide liquidity and cash flow scenario analysis to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to improve working capital and cash flow.
• Drive treasury automation and digital banking initiatives.
• Improve payment processes, internal controls, and treasury reporting.
• Develop cash management dashboards and liquidity KPIs.
• Strengthen audit trails, controls, and overall treasury process efficiency.
• Oversee daily treasury operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and develop treasury team members.
• Support succession planning and continuous process improvement.
