Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Treasury Cash Manager to lead back-office treasury operations and cash management for the API region. The role involves reviewing accounts, approving payments, and monitoring settlement processes to ensure liquidity and compliance.

You will coordinate with regional teams in Europe and partner banks while driving process improvements. The incumbent will manage cashflow forecasting, bank account reconciliations, and reporting, supporting audits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
5-7 years in similar role.
Analytical thinking and strong communication are essential.
Experience with finance operations and accounting processes is required.

Responsibilities

Manage Back Office Analyst and act as a back up for critical tasks.
Review stand-alone, FX and other bank accounts daily and instruct back office to action transfers.
Approve all payments for API region as submitted by back-office analyst and ensure accuracy of SSIs and amounts.
Monitor Payment Status in Quantum and ECHOS and follow up with banks to ensure adequate payment approvals.
Oversee monthly commodity process and support back-office analysts.
Approve unwind of commodity price-fix trades prior to settlement where required.
Maintain and periodically review the register of bank signatories.
Prepare short-term cashflow forecast for API region and submit for consolidation by European team.
Prepare Implied Free Cashflow reporting and submit for consolidation.
Follow up on variances between actuals and forecast and explain differences.
