Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• 2–4 years of Treasury, Cash Management, Banking, or General Accounting experience.
• Experience in handling bank transactions, account reconciliations, and cash monitoring.
• Experience using online banking platforms and processing fund transfers.
• Experience using an accounting or ERP system, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances to ensure funds are available for business needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
• Process fund transfers, bank transactions, and payment requests.
• Coordinate with banks regarding account maintenance and banking services.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve differences or issues.
• Monitor customer collections and company payments to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of cash balances across all bank accounts.
• Prepare reports on cash balances, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Follow company policies and banking requirements in handling cash transactions.
• Work with banks to address and resolve banking concerns.
• Recommend improvements to cash handling and treasury processes.
