Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a Cash Management Analyst to analyze and recommend daily cash requirements for multiple branches and to monitor dispatch of Lead Liaisons. The role focuses on ensuring excess cash and idle funds are effectively returned to Head Office as Cash Out.

The position requires a four-year business-related degree and at least one year of work experience, with knowledge of bank regulatory requirements and operations processes.

Qualifications

• Four-year business-related degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Knowledge of bank regulatory requirements and operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and recommends the cash requirement of branches
• Processes the breakdown of approved cash-in in BFS to the default bank account and/or bank account preferred by the Lead Liaison
• Monitors branches’ cash position
• Coordinates with Lead Liaison or Area Head relative to cash-in and out transactions.
• Monitors the logistics of Lead Liaison’s and their dispatch
• Provides breakdown computation of cash-out per branch and Inter-branch funding (ITB). Communicates with Lead Liaison for the delivery
• Ensures that all issued CTS for the day are recorded in the system
