Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as Treasury Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Processing of check vouchers via CMS and manual check printing.
• Review of Accounts Payable documents for check processing.
• Releasing of checks to suppliers.
• Checking of entries on Official Receipts / Collection Receipts and updating information in the system.
• Forwarding and monitoring of paid vouchers and reconciliation with accounting.
• Attend to payment queries and reconciliation with suppliers, officers, and employees.
• Assisting Accounting in retrieving all vouchers for internal / external audit.
• Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time.
