Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a Treasury professional in the Philippines to manage daily cash processes including bank transfers and FX. You will coordinate funding with internal teams and external banks, assist in all cash management transactions, and prepare reports on cash balances and receivables.

The role requires a finance-related bachelor's degree, Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail to support treasury operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management.
• Prior Treasury or foreign exchange experience is a plus.
• Able to manage process changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages and executes daily cash processes such as bank transfers and FX transactions.
• Coordinate funding internally within Finance and externally with banks and partners.
• Assist in all cash management transactions and resolve cash issues promptly.
• Post daily and monthly reports on ending cash balances and receivables.
• Maintain and reconcile account balances and bank accounts.
• Provide data and documents for journal entries related to cash activity.
• Maintain banking relationships and internal controls over treasury activities.
• Perform related duties as required.

What You'll Do

• Manages and executes daily cash processes such as bank transfers and foreign exchange transactions
• Coordinate fundings internally (management and within Finance team) and externally (banks and partners)
• Assists in all cash management transactions
• Resolves and raises all cash issues in a timely manner
• Posts daily and monthly reports on ending cash balances and operational receivable balances
• Maintains and compiles all account balances
• Performs bank account reconciliation
• Provides data and supporting documents to the accounting team for journal entry preparation relating to cash management activity
• Maintain banking relationships
• Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
• Perform related duties as required

What You'll Need

• Prior experience in Treasury or Foreign Exchange is an advantage
