Responsibilities

• The Treasury function is responsible for managing the organization's financial health and liquidity.
• This function oversees the firm's liquidity position, funding, debt management, and risk hedging related to credit and interest rates.
• Key responsibilities include forecasting cash and liquidity needs, ensuring sufficient cash flow for operations, and determining when to raise funds through debt issuance or stock sales.
• Monitors the organization's balance sheet to maintain an optimal capital structure and investment allocation in line with the company's investment policy and strategy.
• Additionally, the Treasury function processes cash transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and tracks financial assets used as collateral.
• Professionals in this job family liaise with banks, credit rating agencies, and other financial institutions, fostering strong relationships within the financial community.
• Evaluates complex transactions across business units to assess financial risk and funding implications.
• Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
• Follows standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine-based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Can work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.
