Job summary

Field Outsource Asia is seeking a Roving Merchandiser to ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted across assigned stores. The role requires travel to different store locations and coordination with store personnel to maintain availability and merchandising standards.

Key duties include visiting stores on schedule, replenishing stock, auditing displays, and reporting stock issues. A strong eye for presentation and proactive communication with stores are essential for success

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or similar field.
• Ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations.
• Strong attention to display standards and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores regularly based on the provided schedule.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and replenished.
• Check product availability, inventory levels, and stock movement.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper presentation of product displays.
• Monitor and implement merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays, booths, and marketing materials.
• Check product prices, labels, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding product concerns and requirements.
• Report out-of-stock items, damaged products, and other store concerns.
• Take photos and submit regular store visit and merchandising reports.
