About the role

As a TravelConnect Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.'s innovative travel services. This full-time position is based in our Bonifacio Global City office in Taguig City, Metro Manila, where you will work closely with our customers to address their queries, provide solutions, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responding to inbound customer calls, chats, and emails in a friendly, efficient, and empathetic manner
  2. Actively listening to customer concerns and identifying the best solutions to address their needs
  3. Providing detailed information about Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.'s travel products, services, and policies
  4. Handling bookings, changes, and cancellations with attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  7. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
