📍Location: On-site (Robertson Plaza, Kawit, Cavite)
📁Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and book flights, accommodations, and activities for clients
• Create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences
• Manage visa applications, travel insurance, and necessary documentation
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators for best deals and packages
• Assist clients with travel issues, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and regulations
• Maintain excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Highschool graduate with background in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience in travel coordination, customer service, or tourism industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with travel booking systems (Air Asia, Cebu Pacific, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask and be flexible
• Knows how to navigate Microsoft Office
• Computer Literate
