Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and packing.
• Supervise and coordinate staff, managing tasks and conflicts.
• Monitor order fulfillment process to meet service level agreements.
• Ensure adherence to FIFO and barcoding practices.
• Perform inventory checks and produce weekly reports.
• Coordinate with Online Merchandiser for fulfillment alignment.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Act as point person for minor warehouse issues.
