Job summary

A global logistics provider in the Philippines is seeking a Training Specialist to create and monitor training programs. The role involves collaboration with various team leaders and requires expertise in training and development. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills. The position is based onsite in Silang, Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in training and development, with a track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven improvements to training initiatives.
• Willingness to work onsite in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Creates and monitors Training Plan for Annual Re-orientation, Annual Recertification, Cross-Training programs.
• Updates and revises Training modules up to process documents.
• Support Site Operational requirements related to Training matters.
• Collaborate with superiors, co-team leaders, DSC quality and client's quality personnel.
• Develop a culture of service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.
• Monitors required DHL trainings.
• Keeps training records on file up to date.

Responsibilities

• Creates and monitors Training Plan for Annual Re-orientation, Annual Recertification, Cross-Training programs.
• Updates and revises Training modules up to process documents.
• Support Site Operational requirements related to Training matters.
• Collaborate with superiors, co-team leaders, DSC quality and client's quality personnel for effective alignment, executions and implementations of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction.
• Develop a culture of service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness along First Choice initiatives.
• Monitors required DHL trainings (OMS, CSCS, MyTW, CSA, etc.)
• Monitors and keeps training records on file up to date.

Requirements
