Job summary

Enshored Inc. (External) in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a senior Learning & Development professional to lead the Capability Development team and define the learning strategy aligned with Enshored’s values and business goals.

You will collaborate with training leaders to design, deliver, and sustain high-quality programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, program scalability, and change management, with responsibility for measuring impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Learning and Development experience with strategy design and development of learning experiences.
• Experience building and scaling programs, cross-functional project leadership, data-driven evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Capability Development team.
• Define, deliver, and manage a learning strategy that aligns with Enshored’s core values, competencies, and strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with respective Capability Development training leaders to deliver and maintain high-quality learning programs.
• Collaborate across functional leaders, and our Executive Leadership Team to align learning initiatives with our strategic goals and initiatives.
• Leverage design thinking, learning experience design principles, and adult learning theory to design and deliver meaningful and measurable learning programs.
• Effectively uses written and oral communication skills to express thoughts and ideas in an appropriate manner.
• Lead change management efforts related to learning strategy implementation, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new programs.
• Establish program evaluation and measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and talent development, integrating innovative approaches as appropriate.
• Effectively manages time and resources to ensure work is completed thoroughly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant Learning and Development experience (depth of skill and role-related competence prioritized over tenure).
• Proven experience setting learning strategy and designing and developing learning experiences for various audiences and formats.
• Experience building from scratch, improving, and scaling existing programs, as well as driving continuous program and process improvements.
• Led cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Consistently leveraged qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and process improvements.
• Experienced in determining and using metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent/learning programs.
• Proven experience developing effective learning approaches across modalities for a distributed workforce (in-person, virtual, hybrid, and e-learning).
