The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in training within a BPO environment and is skilled in adapting to various learning styles. Job Summary
Are you passionate about helping people grow? We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Trainer who can deliver impactful learning sessions for both new hires and tenured employees. If you love simplifying complex ideas, engaging learners, and driving performance improvement—this role is for you!
You’ll be a key partner in building confident, high-performing teams through effective training and coaching.
2+ years experience in Training, Facilitation, or L&D in BPO environment
Experience in software or sales accounts is a plus (not required!)
Strong communication & presentation skills
Able to handle group dynamics and adjust to various learning styles
Skilled in creating training decks, modules, assessments & reports
Knowledge in coaching and performance improvement is an advantage
Conduct classroom and virtual training for new and existing employees
Deliver onboarding, product/process training, and upskill programs
Evaluate learner performance and provide coaching to ensure readiness
Work closely with Operations to identify training gaps and opportunities
Maintain accurate training records, learning plans, and progress reports
Keep training materials updated, engaging, and easy to understand
Support calibrations, refreshers, and quality initiatives
