You’ll be a key partner in building confident, high-performing teams through effective training and coaching.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in Training, Facilitation, or L&D in BPO environment

  • Experience in software or sales accounts is a plus (not required!)

  • Strong communication & presentation skills

  • Able to handle group dynamics and adjust to various learning styles

  • Skilled in creating training decks, modules, assessments & reports

  • Knowledge in coaching and performance improvement is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct classroom and virtual training for new and existing employees

  • Deliver onboarding, product/process training, and upskill programs

  • Evaluate learner performance and provide coaching to ensure readiness

  • Work closely with Operations to identify training gaps and opportunities

  • Maintain accurate training records, learning plans, and progress reports

  • Keep training materials updated, engaging, and easy to understand

  • Support calibrations, refreshers, and quality initiatives
