Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, to create memorable and seamless experiences for clients.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and ensure all logistics are in place.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, concerns, and special requests while ensuring safety and satisfaction throughout the tour.
