Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is hiring a tool room technician to issue and track tools and equipment in our Pasay facility. You will check calibration dates, verify serviceability, and ensure proper tagging and documentation for all items.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering and Logistics, maintaining master tool room lists, and upholding cleanliness and security of the tool room and workshops. Relevant aviation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year aviation course required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Issue tools/equipment to personnel and maintain transaction records.
• Check calibration due dates and serviceability before issuing.
• Inform PM and Planning on required tools for upcoming tasks.
• Inspect returned tools for damage, tag properly, and obtain written reports if damaged.
• Verify tags and condition of items received from Warehouse.
• Ensure manuals are with newly purchased tools/equipment.
• Return loaned tools to Warehouse after task completion.
• Maintain calibration due dates and route due items to Warehouse.
• Route unserviceable items to Warehouse for repair/testing.
• Update records for tools sent to Repair Stations.
• Maintain and update master lists of tools in the tool room.
• Keep tools/equipment and tool room clean and secure.
• Coordinate with offices to maintain security, ambient conditions & cleanliness.
