Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking a Social Content Producer to own end-to-end content creation for social channels, especially TikTok. You will conceptualize, script, direct shoots, edit, and perform on camera while aligning with brand campaigns.

This role collaborates with internal teams and external creators to craft viral, platform-native content that resonates with Philippine audiences. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in content creation or social media marketing, strong writing and editing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
• Experience in creative production or brand marketing is a plus.
• Active content creator on TikTok.
• Proficiency in video editing with CapCut or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce engagement-led content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Write hooks, scripts, storyboards, captions, punchlines and trend-based content.
• Direct shoots and handle talent for on-ground content.
• Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok with attention to pacing, captions and transitions.
• Manage content calendars, schedule releases, and monitor performance with analytics.
