Job summary

PMM Works, Inc. is seeking an on-site TIG welder in Palawan. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of TIG welding experience and an NCII WPQT certificate. You will read blueprints, interpret sketches, and inspect materials before welding.

You will operate torches and welding equipment, monitor the process, and ensure weld quality. The job includes meal allowance, medical reimbursement, and employee recognition under a full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years TIG welding experience with NCII & WPQT certificate.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret sketches.
• Ensure welds meet specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and measurements, read sketches and specifications, inspect structures and materials before welding.
• Operate torches and power supplies, use and maintain welding equipment, and weld components.
• Monitor stages of the welding process to ensure quality and safety.
