Job summary

ELBURG SHIPMANAGEMENT PHILS., INC. seeks a Third Officer for a Bulk Carrier operating worldwide. The role involves in-port cargo supervision and maintaining life-saving appliances and firefighting equipment.

The successful candidate will keep the foredeck watch at sea under the Master’s supervision. August deployment is noted with two vacancies for eligible seafarers.

Qualifications

• Bulk carrier shipboard cargo handling experience.
• Preference for crew with US visa.
• Mix crew arrangements including Bulgarian officers may apply.

Responsibilities

• In port, supervises cargo work as required by the Chief Officer.
• Responsible for upkeep of Life Saving Appliances and Fire Fighting equipment.
