Job summary

A leading tech firm in Taguig is seeking an Automation Tester with at least 3 years of experience in automation and performance testing. The successful candidate will develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and JMeter. The role requires expertise in REST API testing and Agile methodologies. This full-time position is on-site and offers a challenging work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years solid experience as an Automation Tester.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience in automation using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Experience in JMeter for load and stress testing.
• Experience with REST API testing using Postman.
• Working knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and APIs using Selenium, Postman, or similar tools
• Build and maintain regression, smoke, and sanity test frameworks
• Execute performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter or similar
• Monitor application behavior under load with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Oracle OEM
• Validate non-functional requirements and define performance benchmarks
• Manage test plans, test data, and generate execution reports
• Log and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test strategy improvements
• Maintain documentation and support QA best practices within the team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must have minimum of 3 years solid experience as an Automation Tester.(Non-negotiable)
