Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking a Test Applications Engineer to join our team in the Philippines. This role focuses on high-speed amplifier applications, providing design-in support, bench characterization, and creation of reference designs and user guides.

You will collaborate with systems engineers and deliver robust support for customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, 5 years of relevant experience, hands-on ATS and VLCT, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience.
Hands on experience with ATS and VLCT (ATS 800 & ATS364 & VLCT).
Experience in applications support of analog products.
Solid hardware and software debugging skills.
Strong technical background, with the ability to produce high quality technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Answer customer questions and support design-in activities for released products.
Review schematics and layouts of customer applications.
Debug customer problems by reproducing issues on evaluation boards.
Provide on-site support for customer boards as required.
Design EVM and internal evaluation boards for product development.
Create user guides, test procedures and release EVM boards for customers.
Participate in datasheet reviews to ensure completeness.
Perform bench characterization for high speed amplifiers, including automation.
Collaborate with systems engineers on early design-in activities.
