CORE PROFILE: The Territory Solutions Lead is a results-driven and experienced sales professional responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with merchants, accredited partners, and agents. The TSM must demonstrate solid territory expertise and financial product knowledge, identifying opportunities to expand the merchant base and cross-sell banking products through partners, aggregators, and strategic partnerships.

What you need to succeed:
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Acquire merchants, and grow the Maya Business use cases and loans GTV in the assigned territory via accredited partners and agencies.
  • Directly manage the key merchants in the assigned territory by cross-selling Maya solutions, collecting and submitting documents, providing after-sales support, and distributing and auditing trade merchandise.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, trainings, and maintain regulatory compliance of accredited partners and agencies.
  • Create effective and efficient sales coverage plans.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
What we are looking for:
  • Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field.
  • At least 2-5 years’ experience in sales and account management.
  • Intermediate to advance experience in a digital bank or banking/e-wallet products.
  • Strong background in merchant acquisition and partner management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively engaging and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preferably someone with a valid Driver’s license.
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate in any of the ff areas: Pangasinan, Dagupan City; Cagayan Valley, Tuguegarao City.
