Job summary

Alstom seeks a Temporary Operation Manager to lead the temporary operations during testing phases in Mabalacat Pampanga and Ortigas Centre, Manila, Philippines. You will work with internal teams (System Tests Managers, Subsystem Tests Managers, Train Managers) and external partners to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires engineering education, senior-level experience in train operations, and strong leadership to manage access, power supply, and regulatory compliance on

Qualifications

• Graduated from an engineering school (mandatory).
• Broad knowledge of railway projects.
• Experience in Environment, Health & Safety on construction sites.
• Multicultural project experience.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Mobility, resilience and stress resistance.

Responsibilities

• Define temporary operation rules and procedures for testing activities.
• Recruit, train and manage the Temporary Operation team.
• Manage access permits for works along tracks, depots, stations and substations.
• Operate traction power supply locally and remotely during testing.
• Ensure safety and operational restrictions are followed at all times.
• Produce and update documents and drawings for Temporary Operations.
• Coordinate activities across multiple entities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assess on-site risks and implement additional rules as needed.
• Register and analyze incidents to identify root causes.
• Organize data collection and generate regular operational statistics.
