University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator 1 to support hands‑on learning experiences for undergraduate dental students.
The role involves preparing materials, equipment, and supplies for pre‑clinical labs, and issuing, replacing, and collecting items using inventory controls.
This is a Temporary Classified position limited to no more than 9-months.
This temporary position provides critical support required for hands‑on learning experiences to first‑ and second‑year undergraduate dental and international students. This role will serve to prepare the School of Dental Medicine’s Simulation Clinic, DASH and Technique Lab the equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to support all pre‑clinical learning activities. This position will also issue, replace, and collect materials and instruments to/from students as needed using automated dispensary and inventory control procedures.
Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is in Aurora at the CU Anschutz campus.
The CU School of Dental Medicine is the premier dental school in the Rocky Mountain region, graduating approximately 120 new dentists each year with broad experience in all phases of general dentistry and dental technology. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of the pre‑clinical training of the next generation of dental professionals. The hiring rate for this position has been established at $25-31/hour, based on experience. The above salary rate represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting.
