  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and call procedures.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas or sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear explanations.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
