Job summary

Asia Regional Telecommunications Services Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking field technicians to perform indoor/outdoor telecom installation and de-installation tasks. You will work with a team to install antennas, feeders and related equipment, and ensure precise inventory and reporting.

The role requires readiness for site work, adherence to quality, health, and safety standards, and the ability to complete site reports and photos via ISDP processes. Medical fitness is required.

Qualifications

• Prepare necessary tools and equipment for mobilization.
• Undergo clock-in/clock-out procedures with assigned team.
• Carry out telecom indoor/outdoor installation and de-installation per Scope of Work.
• Perform accurate inventory of received site materials using CIAG procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing installed telecom equipment for fault-finding and rectification.
• Assist Team Leader in preparing site reports and photographs via ISDP process.
• Work at heights on telecom structures to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health and safety standards at all times on and off site.
• Meet basic medical and fitness requirements for site work.

Job description

Prepare needed tools, test equipment and materials prior to actual mobilization.

Together with the assigned team, to undertake clock-in (before start of work in the site) / clock-out (before leaving the site) and to do Telecom indoor / outdoor installation/de-installation work as per the Scope of Work.

To do proper and precise inventory of received site materials using CIAG procedure and prepare needed document and report regarding discrepancy found.

To carry out working at heights function on a range of telecommunications structures including poles, towers and mast to install antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment.

Assist in the testing of installed telecom equipment for the purpose of fau lt-finding and subsequent rectification.

Assist the Team Leader in preparation and input of site reports and photographs via ISDP process.

Need to comply with established quality, occupational health and safety standard at all times in and out of the site as well asto meet basic medical and fitness requirements (medical required).
