We are seeking a Technology Business Partner - Supply Chain Enabling Functions to join our Technology team and play a key role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation.

Role Overview:

This role serves as the primary business partner to the Supply Chain Enabling Functions (Capacity & Supply Planning, Packaging, Quality, Safety & Environment, and Supply Chain Excellence) leadership teams. The Technology Business Partner is responsible for defining and executing the digital, analytics, and technology roadmap for these functions, enabling business transformation, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. The role drives the identification, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital solutions that support end-to-end business processes while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategy. Acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, central teams, and Technology delivery teams, this role is accountable for maximizing value realization, user adoption, reporting automation, advanced analytics capabilities, and continuous innovation across the Supply Chain Enabling Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Business Partner to Supply Chain Enabling Functions – Partner closely with Planning, Packaging, Quality, Safety & Environment, and Supply Chain Excellence leadership teams to define and execute digital strategies, technology roadmaps, and transformation initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, CCEP teams, and Technology delivery teams.
• Integrated Supply Chain Planning – Enable connected planning capabilities across Supply Planning and external functions including Demand Planning, Workforce Planning, and Financial Planning to improve visibility, collaboration, and decision-making.
• Digital Process Transformation – Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitize business processes through implementation and enhancement of technology solutions supporting planning, quality, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Analytics & Data Enablement – Lead the Supply Chain Enabling Functions analytics agenda through reporting automation, dashboard development, KPI governance, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and processes.
• Product & Portfolio Management – Manage business demand, technology investments, and digital solution portfolios to ensure successful deployment, adoption, continuous improvement, and delivery of business value.
• Emerging Technology & Innovation – Evaluate and drive the adoption of automation, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies to improve productivity, operational performance, and business outcomes.
